We are delighted to offer this striking grey gelding, a real physical standout by the prolific KODI BEAR. Since his purchase at the Tattersalls Somerville Sale, we have given this scopey individual the time he deserves to fill his frame—and that patience is now paying off. After being broken in and given a break to mature, he has returned to training as a 3YO looking like a different animal. He is moving impressively and finding his work on the gallops easy.

This gelding is out of the mare Alamora who is from a lovely Anthony Oppenheimer line of dams. Alamora was a lightly raced horse who placed over 1m. Her only runner to date is a winner for Harry Charlton.

Kodi Bear was a high-class miler who had success up to group 2 level. He has made his mark as a stallion with many group raced horses. Go Bears Go, Leovanni and recent Gimcrack winner Lifeplan are some of his best progeny.

We are really pleased with how this gelding has developed between 2 and 3. He looks a nice prospect for mile races and we look forward to giving him his debut in due course. He is for sale, in whole or in part, to stay in our yard. Please get in touch for more details.
