ACLAIM - FLOATING ALONG

We have for sale this son of the impressive Aclaim, secured from the Goffs Orby Sale in Ireland. This colt out of the Oasis Dream mare, Floating Along, is a lovely walker and really impressed at the sale.

Oasis Dream is one of the greatest dam sires of his generation, and always attracts attention when he appears on the dams side of the pedigree. Floating Along is by the aforementioned stallion and was a very useful race mare. She achieved a rating of 90 winning three of her 11 starts over 6f and 7f. Her most recent progeny was a winner at 2 and placed 2nd in the Wetherby’s Super Sprint at Newbury.

Aclaim has been a revelation since retiring to stud. The son of Acclamation has sired a 1000 Guineas winner in the shape of Cachet among other notable Group performers. He’s a sire we have had plenty of luck with in the past, our own top sprint handicapper Manila Scouse is by Aclaim. 

This colt looks every bit a runner and a precocious one at that. Hopefully he will be hitting the winners enclosure early on in his 2YO season and then on to bigger and better things. He is for sale, in whole or in part, to stay in our yard. Please get in touch for more details.
