We have for sale a filly by the top-class sire State of Rest, out of the black-type mare Aroha. She caught our eye at the sale as a promising, later-maturing type and represents excellent value given her pedigree.

State of Rest was an elite racehorse, winning multiple Group 1s over a mile and a quarter, including the Prince of Wales’s Stakes, Prix Ganay, and the Saratoga Derby in the USA. While his top-level victories came at ages three and four, he was also a high-class two-year-old, winning on his debut before a strong performance in a Group 1 at Doncaster. This filly is from State of Rest's highly-anticipated first crop of yearlings, and he has been well-supported by breeders. His progeny have been a popular feature at all the major sales across Europe, which suggests this filly could prove to be great value.

The dam of this filly, Aroha, was herself a very high-class racehorse. She was placed in over 50% of her starts, with notable black-type placings in races like the Albany at Royal Ascot and the Princess Margaret.
