ART POWER wins the QIPCO CHAMPION SPRINT STAKES (GROUP 1) at ASCOT
Battling back to beat Kinross in the closing stages
Qipco British Champions Sprint Stakes (Group 1) (British Champions Series) (Class 1) (3yo+)
ART POWER finally gained the Group 1 success he deserved at Ascot, under a very good ride by David Allan. He started quickly and led towards the far side. He was headed in the closing stages by Kinross but battled back gamely to get back up on the line. Congratulations to his owners KING POWER RACING and to David Allan on his first UK Group 1 winner.
