Join Our Reality Partnership - 10% Syndicate Shares

Established in 2006, our Reality Partnership offers racing enthusiasts the opportunity to experience the thrill of racehorse ownership here at Habton Grange. We syndicate horses in 10% shares so everyone is an equal share holder!

Over the years, our syndicates have enjoyed fantastic success, celebrating almost 200 winners and taking our owners on memorable racing adventures across the UK and abroad. Our syndicate horses have included the ten-time winning sprinter Hamish McGonagall who was placed four times at Group 1 level.

Joining the Reality Partnership is a straightforward and cost-effective way to become involved in racehorse ownership. We organise regular stable visits, giving you the chance to watch your horses on the gallops, alongside regular updates to keep you informed of their progress.

Our dedicated BHA-licensed Racing Manager, Paul Nodding, is on hand to guide and support you every step of the way, ensuring you enjoy the experience of being part of a racing syndicate.

We believe in keeping ownership simple and transparent. Each member pays a fixed initial fee to purchase their share of a horse, followed by a fixed monthly payment covering all ongoing training and racing costs. This means you know exactly what your ownership will cost, with no surprises.

If you've ever dreamed of owning a racehorse and being part of the excitement of the racing world, we'd love to hear from you. Get in touch to find out more about joining our Reality Partnership — Habton Grange's very own Red and Yellow team!
