The Grey Zebedee finished strongly to win at Southwell

THE GREY ZEBEDEE was slow away and pushed along 4f out.  However, ridden by Duran Fentiman, he stayed on strongly inside final furlong to get up in the closing stages to win at Southwell.  He was suited by the drop back to five furlongs, the re-application of blinkers and he certainly enjoyed the fibresand.  The win was the 3yo's second career success and our 126th winner of the year on the flat.
